grinding welds in tight corners

just as the title says,what do u guys use to grind down welds in tight corners where obviously a 4" wheel wont fit....blownsvt +1y. i usualy use a 3" cut off tool with one of those "rocks" or really thick cut off wheel on it... andin super tight corners i use a die grinder with a grinding burr. corey0814 +1y. carbide burrs:

    I don't usuallygrindmywelds. Either don't lay a bead on insidecornersor run a bead and leave it alone. If you really have to get in there try a file, or a grinder with a narrow cut off wheel. Either of those will take a while but a wire brush will take forever

    None of these tools would allow you to grind in a veeeery tight place. Go to your local welding supply store and ask for the carbide bits. They're about $18 each. You could even grind inside a 1/4" hole if you had the urge. They're the only tool I'd use to remove a bead such as you've shown in the pic without worrying about bitting the surround metal
